Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

Given the procedural complexity of checks for the EIA Follow-up (Strategic works Law 443/2001) the Directorate-General for Environmental Assessments of the MoE showed the need to reorganize the whole process of the procedure in order to simplify the governance and improve the appearance of information within and outside the administration.

The document " Systematization of EIA Follow-up for strategic works Law 443/2001 " shows the approach of the Directorate in solving procedural and administrative problems related to the implementation of EIA Follow-up for the optimization of the process and a more effective use of information by the public.
