Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

The Report on the implementation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), which collects and reviews the SEA procedures carried out in 2014 at national, regional and local level, has been published.

The aim of the document is to provide a synthesis tool concerning the application of SEA procedure in order to evaluate the effectiveness and the contribution to sustainable development.

The Ministry of the Environment carries out the reporting activity concerning the application of the SEA in Italy, also referring to the inputs of Regions according to article 7, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 as amended.
