Extension of the temporal validity of the EIA screening Determination of the Basilicata Region related to the oil and gas hydrocarbons exploration permit "Masseria la Rocca" project

By Determination no. 0029244 of 01/12/2016, in accordance with the judgments no. 617/2014 and no. 623/2015 of the Basilicata Regional Administrative Court and no. 3058/2016 of the Council of State, the temporal validity of the EIA screening Determination of the Basilicata Region (Det. Dir. n. 75AB /2009 /D/1107 of 21/08/2009) relating to the oil and gas hydrocarbons exploration permit "Masseria la Rocca" project has been extended. The project, located in the Basilicata Region, has been submitted  by the companies  Medoil Gas Italia (now Rockhopper Italia),Total Italia and Eni.
