Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

On 1 February 2016, Italy received notification from Republic of Croatia asking possible interest in participating to the transboundary consultations on the “Croatian River Basin Management Plan” according to the provisions of Kiev Protocol.

The Republic of Croatia asked to receive Italian comments by 2 March 2016.

The Ministry of the Environment is currently preparing the comments within the times and in the manner provided for by the Croatian Authorities. Contributions can be sent to this Ministry electronically, by certified e-mail to DGSalvaguardia.Ambientale@PEC.minambiente.it. or by e-mail dva@minambiente.it by 29 February 2016.

In view of the limited time available and in order to receive closer consideration, contributions are recommended to be sent also in word format and drawn up in English language.
