SPEEDY (Shared Project for Environmental Evaluation with Dynamic Governance) is an Union project developed as part of the IPA Adriatic Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 in order to improve the transnational cooperation between public administrations on the environmental assessment of plans and programmes in the Adriatic area.

Within the Speedy project, a web platform has been realized in order to share the SEA knowledge and strategies adopted by the project partners.

The platform, currently being implemented, consists of several sections dedicated to law regulations, guidelines, best practices and assessment tools. There are also two interactive sections dedicated to e-learning and an online discussion area.
