Description: Venice Lagoon is made up of state-owned basin that extends from the mouth of the river Sile to the mouth of the river Brenta includes the municipalities of Chioggia, Codevigo, Campagna Lupia, Mira, Venice, Jesolo, Cavallino, Quarto d'Altino and Musile di Piave . The main objective of the plan is the hydro morphological recovery of the Venice lagoon to ensure an adequate level of biodiversity and intertidal habitats and to stop the degradation of the morphology and quality of the lagoon.
